On Saturday, November 10th 2007 we held the grand opening of our new Wish Room. The children enjoyed picking out their favorite toys.The children also enjoyed Sparky the Dragon from the NY Islanders, Presley the Panda from the Long Island Press, Zippy the clown and more! The children even got to spend time in our new video game room equipped with Playstation 3,XBox 360,and the Wii.
WBAB was on hand giving out free prizes all day.This was a day to let the children forget about their illnesses and just have fun. Special thanks to News 12 Long Island for their support and coverage.
